Our products are shipped via DHL as standard (excluding bulky goods).


(Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible)

 

Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany. and to the countries listed below.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Ordering batteries or cells = 39,95 €
Ordering accessories (orders without cells) = 9,95 €
Combined shipping (ordering batteries and accessories together) = 49,90 €

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Bulky goods are shipped via freight forwarding = 157,90 €

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Ordering battery kits or cells:

Austria: 189,70 €
Greece: 279,50 € (no islands)
Italy: 189,70 €
Netherlands: 189,70 €
Hungary: 189,70 €

Order of Accessories (orders without cells):

Austria: 34,90 €
Greece: 58,60 € (no islands)
Italy: 34,90 €
Netherlands: 34,90 €
Hungary: 34,90 €

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
Austria: 394,50 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-3 working days by parcel post and 2-5 working days by freight forwarding, and for deliveries abroad takes 2-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
