Your tasks
As a Technical Coordinator, you will assume a responsible interface role between management, quality assurance, purchasing, warehousing, technical staff, and work preparation. You will ensure that our technical processes related to batteries, battery packs, and energy storage systems are implemented reliably, safely, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include, in particular:

• Technical guidance, training and support for technical staff
• Prioritization and distribution of tasks within the technical team
• Coordination with management, purchasing, warehousing, sales, production and service regarding technical requirements, priorities and material availability
• Monitoring the timely, safe and high-quality execution of technical work
• Coordination of technical workflows in assembly, testing, service and manufacturing
• Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and work regulations
• Conducting and documenting technical inspections, visual checks, measurements and functional tests
• Regular feedback to management on technical issues, bottlenecks, quality issues and potential for improvement.
• Support in the production and processing of LiFePO4 batteries, battery packs and energy storage solutions
• Participation in technical improvements, process optimizations and special projects
• Coordination of repair, service and rework processes
• Support in troubleshooting batteries, battery management systems, wiring and components
• Coordination with purchasing, warehouse and sales regarding technical requirements and material availability
• Maintenance of technical documentation, test reports and internal work instructions, especially in digital organizational/documentation tools.
• Ensuring order, structure and smooth processes in the technical work area
  

Your profile

• Completed technical studies, engineering degree, master craftsman/certified specialist or comparable qualification, for example in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics
• Experience in coordinating small teams or a willingness to gradually assume leadership responsibilities
• Experience in handling tools, measuring instruments, digital documentation systems and technical testing procedures
• Basic knowledge of hardware, interfaces, electronic assemblies, sensors, controls or comparable technical components
• Experience working with digital project management and organizational tools
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of battery technology, LiFePO4 batteries, energy storage, BMS or low-voltage/DC systems.
• A sense of responsibility, decisiveness and a high degree of initiative
• High quality and safety awareness
• High willingness to learn in the use of new technologies, digital tools and modern working methods.
